TDP supremo Chandrababu Naidu has waged a lengthy legal battle on the multiple cases that the YCP government is pursuing against him.
It is known that CBN had filed for anticipatory bails in AP fiber grid, Amaravati inner ring road, and Angallu violence cases that were pitted against him by the AP CID and AP police respectively.
Incidentally, the High Court has announced the reserved judgment on these three bail pleas today.
The court dismissed all three bail pleas and rejected Naidu’s request to get anticipatory bail in the same. The judgement was passed just a few minutes ago.
Notably, the ACB court had stated that they would announce the judgment on CBN’s bail plea, and the custody motion filed by the AP CID later today.
Another major point to be noted here is that the FIR quash petition filed by CBN at the Supreme Court will come to hearing today. The quash petition has been listed today and it will come to hearing later. If the SC adjudges in favor of the quash, CBN will be set free in the skill development case.
With the HC dismissing the bail pleas, all eyes are now on the verdict of the Apex Court.
