Anasuya Bharadwaj’s movie ‘Prema Vyaman’ starring Sangeet Shobhan and Sanvi Meghna in lead roles. G5 is streaming on OTT. Let’s go to the review and find out how this movie is.

Story:

This story takes place in the background of 1990 in two villages of Telangana. In a village, Shanthamma (Anasuya) lives in a small hut with her husband and two children Ram Laxman (Devansh Nama, Aniruth Nama). The family is struggling with debts. But Shanthamma’s younger son Lachu (Anirudh Nama) has a strong desire to fly. What kind of efforts did he make with his brother Rama for that wish?, what are the difficulties they faced in this order?…., on the other hand Mani (Sangeet Shobhan) – his father (Goparaju Ramana) runs a small grocery store in the village. However, Mani falls in love with Abhita (Shanvi Meghna), the daughter of the village sarpanch. Both get up that the elders do not agree to the marriage. What are the difficulties they faced in this order?, how did the main characters in these two stories meet?, how did they become one story? That is the rest of the story.

Plus Points:

The director has handled the two stories in the background of 1990 in two villages very naturally with feel good emotions. Anasuya’s performance as Shanthamma is very good. Her two children, Devansh Nama and Aniruth Nama, who played Ram Laxman, also acted very well. Especially Aniruth Nama’s performance is very good. The efforts made by children with the desire to travel by plane.. The scenes from this point of view are also very impressive. On the other hand, Sangeet Shobhan’s performance as Maniga is a plus for the movie. Goparaju Ramana played the role of Mani’s father.

Goparaju Ramana’s performance in the role of an average father who runs a small grocery store in a small village is excellent. Sanvi Meghna who played the heroine also impressed with her cute and homely looks. The feel of the love story of the hero and heroines has also worked out well. In the key roles, ‘Vennela’ Kishore, Abhay Betiganti, Surabhi Prabhavathi and Kalpalatha have settled into their roles. Also the rest of the actors have acted well in their role.

Minus Points:

Although the movie impresses with some mind-blowing emotional scenes, the lack of commercial elements makes the screenplay feel very slow. Especially the director Santhosh Katta could not make the story completely interesting. Although some crucial scenes seem to be okay, the rest of the scenes are paced slowly. The love track between Sangeet Shobhan and Sanvi Meghna is also very simple. There is no proper conflict in a love story.

While watching the movie, what will happen next?, what kind of trouble will the main characters get into?, how will they escape from their problems? Although there is a possibility to increase the excitement in the audience, the director did not drive the film in that direction. The story of the first half of the movie also goes smoothly, while the story of the second half moves more slowly at some places. It would have been better if the bonding between the characters of Anasuya – Devansh Nama and Anirudh Nama had been built.

Technical Department:

The director, who is successful in taking a good plot, lags behind in writing a thrilling story. But, some of the scenes created by him are very impressive. Music director Anup Rubens has good music. Jagdish’s dark cinematography work is a special attraction of the movie. Producer Abhishek Nama should be congratulated for believing in the director’s idea and giving such a diverse film to the audience.

Verdict:

Some emotional elements and some love scenes are impressive in this emotional feel-good drama called ‘Prema Vimana’. However, the story in the movie is not fully interesting. Things like slow narration, missing commercial elements and some regular scenes are minuses for the movie. But the main content of the movie and some emotional scenes are connected. Overall, this film failed to please all sections of the audience.
