Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India has launched the OBD2A compliant 2023 CB300R Neo Sports Cafe Roadster in the country. Priced at Rs 2.40 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), the 2023 Honda CB300R is now available for bookings at BigWing dealership network. The motorcycle is offered in 2 colors – Pearl Spartan Red and Matte Massive Grey Metallic.
The 2023 Honda CB300R styling is inspired from the retro-themed CB1000R litre-class roadster. The neo sports cafe comes with a muscular fuel tank and a beefy upswept exhaust. The motorcycle comes with a round-shaped LED headlamp, LED winkers and LED tail lamp. There is also a fully digital instrument cluster, and it now gets emergency stop signal and hazard light switch as well.
The 2023 Honda CB300R is powered by a 286.01cc, 4-stroke, single-cylinder BSVI OBD2A compliant PGM-FI engine. This engine is capable of producing 30.7bhp of power and 27.5Nm of torque. The powertrain is coupled to a 6-speed gearbox. The motorcycle also gets an assist slipper clutch which eases gearshifts and manages rear wheel lock-up on hard down shifts while deceleration.
Weighing just 146kg, the CB300R is the lightest motorcycle in its category. For suspension duties, the motorcycle gets 41mm USD front forks and an adjustable mono-shock absorber at the rear wheel. Braking duties are handled by 296mm disc brake at the front and 220mm disc at the rear along with dual-channel ABS as standard.
