It is known that Chandrababu Naidu had approached the Supreme Court for bail in the AP Fiber Grid case that has been alleged against him by the AP CID.
Incidentally, the case came to hearing at the Apex Court a short while ago and it was quickly postponed by the bench.
The case has been adjourned and the next hearing has been pushed to the 8th of November. As a result, the fight for relief from CBN gets that much more longer with this postponement.
But on the other hand, the Apex Court ordered the AP government’s representatives not to arrest Naidu in this case till the 8th of next month as the case is in the undertaking at the Supreme Court. This can be considered as some sort of a good news.
AP CID agreed to the same and stated they won’t carry out any arrests till the court conveys the decision on the same.
Regarding the AP skill scam, the apex court stated that they will announce the verdict on the quash petition filed by Chandrababu on the 8th of November.
