Due to this, Maha Ashtami festival will be very special this time compared to previous years.
Maha Ashtami festival is on Sunday. In such a situation, there will be a fair of people coming from far away places to visit Maa Vindhyavasini. More than five lakh devotees will arrive on Maha Ashtami. In such a situation, there will be strict arrangements from the police administration. At the same time, shopkeepers and pilgrim priests believe that Sunday is a holiday and is also the festival of Ashtami. In such a situation it is natural to have a crowd.
There will be a gathering of Tantrikas
Nisha Puja also has importance in the midnight of Saptami-Ashtami. In such a situation, tantric tantras from different provinces like Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, Bengal, Chhattisgarh and various districts of Purvanchal of Uttar Pradesh will awaken. However, Satvik worship takes place in Vindhyachal temple. Whereas Chakra Puja i.e. Tantric Puja will be held at Bhairo Kund next to Ashtabhuja Temple. The mashan puja will be held at the Tara temple located in Shivpur and the cremation ground located at Ramgaya ghat. There will be strict security arrangements from the administration here. No one will be allowed to come except the Tantriks.
