The trend of dating through online interactions has become increasingly common in the current generation. While this might introduce youngsters to new people, it also comes with the possibility of the other person behind a wicked personality.
Now, a shocking incident in Hyderabad has resulted in the death of Khushbu Sharma(32), over an online dating relationship.
Going into the story, Khushbu is a Jaipur native. She has been staying in KPHB, Hyderabad, and she works at Google Hyderabad campus.
She met Manoj, a Nellore native on an online dating platform. She fell in love with him. On Tuesday morning, she texted him to come to her and he asked for some time.
Khushbu then went to Miyapur to meet Manoj as he wasn’t coming to her place. This enraged Khushbu and she called Manoj and told she is in Vasant Nagar and if he didn’t come there immediately, she will commit suicide.
Manoj was shocked by this and by the time he got to Vasant Nagar, he found Khushbu motionless. The police were called into action and Khushbu was shifted to the hospital where she died while receiving treatment.
