Telangana elections are under 3 weeks from now and the bandwagon has firmly kick started. The nominations for the elections are underway and there is a stellar turnout for the same. Telangana nominations close tomorrow (Friday) at 3 PM.
As per the latest reports pertaining to the elections data, a total of 1188 candidates have filed the nomination for the coming elections.
8 November appears to be a sentimental date for the candidates as a record 618 members have filed their nomination on this single day, which is more than all the other days combined.
Bigwigs like KCR, KTR and others have filed their nominations today and the above statement implies the same.
The elections are to be held on the 30th of November and the stage is being prepared for the same as the nomination process has hit the penultimate phase.
With the nomination process to be wrapped up on the 9th of this month, the election fever will set in as all the candidates will be locked for all 119 constituencies in the state.
The polling is on the 30th of November and the counting is on the 3rd of December.
