India’s road to the final has been relatively easy with the hosts taking on all comers and soundly defeating them to enter the high voltage clash in Ahmedabad on a 10-game winning streak. With their batters in nick and their bowling functioning like a well-oiled machine, everything has fallen in place for India at the right time which gives them a huge chance of adding a 3rd World Cup trophy in their cabinet.
Australiameanwhile, had a less than ideal start to the tournament, losing their first two matches to India and South Africa. But since then, the Aussies have been on an undefeated streak of their own, winning 8 on the bounce and losing none. They exacted revenge on a spirited Proteas side in the semifinal and will be hoping to get their win back against India in the grand finale.

To think of Australian cricket is to think of the hallowed green and golden yellow shirt.
