Aligarh city’s pride cricketer Rinku Singh has been selected in the Indian cricket team. He will play in the IDFC First Bank five-match T20 match series against Australia. As soon as the news of Rinku’s selection was received, there was a wave of happiness among her fans.
T-20 matches will be played in Visakhapatnam on 23rd, Thiruvananthapuram on 26th, Guwahati on 28th November, Raipur on 1st and Bangalore on 3rd December. On Monday, BCCI Secretary Jay Shah announced the 15-member squad, which also includes Rinku Singh. Rinku’s father Khanchand works as a gas cylinder distributer.
Recently, Rinku won a gold medal for the country while representing the Indian cricket team in the Asian Games in China. Rinku was a part of the Indian team in the three-match T20 series against Ireland in August 2023. Sixer King Rinku Singh batted well in the second T20 match against Ireland. He played a quick inning of 38 runs in 21 balls.
