Nagarjuna Kimidi, son of TDP senior leader Kimidi Mrunalini, contested against Minister Botsa Satyanarayana in the 2019 elections but lost. Ask won with a comfortable 26K votes majority.
The young leader has been trying to gain ground in the constituency since then.
Nagarjuna posted an interesting tweet on X which highlights his efforts on the ground.
“This is a joining that I planned for 4.5 years. In Puthikavalasa I got only 25 votes out of 600 in 2019 and I did not get a polling agent, 50 families have joined TDP today. With this, the voting will be equal with a minor give or take. Such satisfying moment..!!,” he posted.
That is how a leader wins a constituency winning one village after the other. Nagarjuna is hopeful about winning 2024.
