Sandeep Reddy Vanga – I narrated Devil to Mahesh Babu

Animal, an eagerly awaited action drama directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga and starring Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna, has generated heightened anticipation following the release of its theatrical trailer. Cinephiles are eagerly counting down to the film’s theatrical premiere on December 1, 2023.
In a recent interaction between the Animal team and Telugu media, director Sandeep Reddy Vanga shed light on the project. He revealed that if Animal were exclusively a Telugu film, he would have collaborated with Mahesh Babu.
Dispelling rumours about Mahesh Babu declining a project, Vanga clarified that the rejection pertained to a different story called Devil, which is more violent than Animal. Mahesh Babu found it appealing but it didn’t materialise due to various reasons.
This film has a stellar ensemble, including Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, and Babloo Prithviraj in significant roles. Jointly produced by T-Series and Bhadrakali Pictures, the film is expected to create a sensation regarding the box office numbers.
