Mahindra’s SUV lineup is experiencing an unprecedented surge in demand, as revealed during the financial result meeting where the company disclosed an average of 51,000 bookings for its SUVs in Q2, FY24, with nearly 3 lakh orders awaiting delivery. The Mahindra Scorpio, encompassing both the Scorpio N and Scorpio Classic variants, stands out with the highest demand, accumulating a total of 1.19 lakh bookings, representing 42 percent of the company’s pending orders.
The combined monthly bookings for both Scorpio variants reach 17,000 units, and the Scorpio N is priced between Rs 13.26 lakh – Rs 24.54 lakh, while the Scorpio Classic is available in the range of Rs 13.25 lakh – Rs 17.06 lakh (all ex-showroom).

The Mahindra Thar maintains a strong monthly average with 10,000 bookings in Q2, FY24, resulting in a pending order tally of 76,000 units. Both the rear-wheel-drive (RWD) and 4X4 variants of the off-road SUV are experiencing significant demand, and prices range from Rs 10.98 lakh – Rs 16.94 lakh (ex-showroom). Following closely is the Mahindra XUV700, witnessing an average monthly booking of 9,000 units, with 70,000 pending orders for the premium SUV. The Mahindra Bolero, including both the Bolero Neo and Bolero Neo Plus, has a combined pending order tally of 11,000 units, securing an average monthly booking of 9,000 units in Q2, FY24. Meanwhile, the Mahindra XUV300 subcompact SUV and the XUV400 electric SUV have a total of 10,000 open bookings, accounting for only 3.5 percent of Mahindra’s total pending orders. The XUV300 is priced between Rs 7.99 lakh – Rs 14.76 lakh, while the XUV400 is available within the range of Rs 15.99 lakh – Rs 19.39 lakh (all ex-showroom).
