Bayern Munich recently extended Manuel Neuer and Sven Ulreich to 2025, which opened the floodgates for more contract negotiations. There are four Bayern players whom the club want to sit down with and discuss terms for a fresh deal, and the club will deal with two of them before 2023 is out, the other two in 2024:
After finalizing the new contracts of Manuel Neuer and Sven Ulreich, Christoph Freund ideally wants to take on the future of Thomas Müller and Alphonso Davies before the end of this year, while the talks with Leroy Sané, Joshua Kimmich and Jamal Musiala are expected to take place in the new year at the latest.

Davies’ situation is the trickiest because he has attracted interest from Real Madrid. Sporting director Christoph Freund and his team want to cover all bases for any possible scenario. Regardless of if the Canadian leaves or stays, former FC Barcelona left-back Adam Aznou is slated to be promoted to the first team.
