Sensational: Student commits suicide after being scolded in school! Sprayed petrol on himself and set him on fire, FIR against Principal

New Delhi. A sensational case has come to light in Haveri, Karnataka. Here a student of class 11th sprinkled petrol on himself and set himself on fire. The condition of the student remains critical after the accident. It is being told that 16 year old Aditya Raghuveer Chavan is a student of NCJC Hangal and studies in class 11th. He took this dreadful step after being scolded by the school principal in front of his parents. In fact, Aditya reportedly was not interested in studies and was missing his classes. His parents lived in Haveri while he lived with his grandmother in Hangal, 20 kilometers from Haveri. Due to Aditya’s continuous absence from class, the principal called his parents to school and informed them about the student’s poor performance. Also insisted the parents to send him to school. A few days later, Aditya poured petrol on himself and set himself on fire at his grandmother’s residence in Hangal. Police recorded a video of a statement inside the ambulance while being taken to the hospital. Aditya, who is completely burnt out, has given a statement accusing the college principal Anita Hosmani of harassment. At present, a case has been registered against the principal at Hangal Police Station and the matter is being investigated.
