Ahmedabad: The 10th stage of the Pro Kabaddi League started with the defeat of the Telugu Titans team. Titans lost to Gujarat Giants 32-38 in the first match of the season on Saturday. Sonu (11 points) who came to power with a bumper ride, Gujarat continued the same momentum until the end. Titans captain Pawan Kumar Sehrawat scored a super-10. Titans opened the account with Pawan Bonsa on the first follow. With the score at 13-13, the Titans ended the first half with a score of 16-13 as Gujarat failed to score points. But, the giants got the upper hand 18-16 with Sonu's ride in the second follow-up. After another two minutes, they made the Telugu team all out and increased the lead. In the 37th minute, Gujarat once again outscored the Titans with a score of 37-30. It ended the match without giving another chance to the opponent. In another match, U Mumba defeated UP Yodhsa 34-31. Mumba all-rounder Amir scored a super-10 with 11 points.
