Telangana has finally wrapped up its intense election campaign with the counting wrapped the other day and the Congress party emerging victorious in the same.
But the anticipation and the talk about the elections are still high as there is suspense on the chief ministerial candidate and also the cabinet ministers. The IT minister post holds a lot of prominence here as the previous IT minister KTR excelled at his job and the onus is now on BRS to match the good work done by the BRS bigwig.
The latest updates are suggesting that Revanth Reddy, who is the favorite for the chief minister post is also interested in the IT ministry. He wants to keep hold of this portfolio and show his mark at it. The intention could be to challenge KTR’s work.
The other two options are said to be D Sridhar Babu and Komati Reddy Rajagopal Reddy. These two could lobby heavily for the IT ministry post, say reports. So now, apart from the chief minister race, this IT minister race has also caught the attention.
