Telangana Assembly witnessed a clash between K Taraka Ramarao and CM Revanth Reddy when the house sat to discuss the Governor’s Address.
KTR launched an attack on the Government in his speech saying that Congress is responsible for Telangana’s backwardness for 55 years.
CM Revanth Reddy replied to that in style saying how KCR started his political journey in Congress and how KTR won Siricilla in an alliance with Telugu Desam Party wearing the yellow scarf.
“KTR became an MLA with the alliance of Telugu Desam Party – a party of his father’s Guru, Chandrababu Naidu Garu,” Revanth Reddy alleged.
In his speech, Revanth Reddy addressed KCR as Kalvakuntla Chandrasekhara Rao and CBN as Chandrababu Naidu Garu.
KTR could not take this.
“We can understand the culture of Revanth Reddy when he addresses the leader who brought Telangana as Kalvakuntla Chandrasekhara Rao while addressing the leaders who opposed Telangana as Garu,” KTR said.
There is a backlash on social media on KTR’s objection.
“Asking respect for KCR is okay but objecting to respect for Chandrababu is totally unwanted. The same KTR was saying all kinds of pleasing words about the same leader when he wanted settlers’ votes in the recent elections. Suddenly, he realizes Chandrababu opposed Telangana after the elections,” they are mocking KTR.
They are reminding how Chandrababu with his magnanimity came to the hospital to meet KCR but KTR still did not change.
