Presently working as Mathematics Teacher (SA) in ZP High School, Indiranagar, Siddipet. In this nationally recognized school, it has been going on for five years. It is remarkable that every year the students are passing the 10th class mathematics. Lakshmareddy, a disabled person, entered this field with immense enthusiasm for the teaching profession. All 253 people passed in last academic year maths results. Out of that 25 people were selected for polytechnic diploma education, 34 people were selected for Basara Triple IT and three (free education) were selected for inter colleges run by Srimedha and Rjirao trusts. Better results are planned from before. Every year, special classes in mathematics are conducted from April, immediately after the completion of the ninth standard. An additional class is being conducted from 8.30 am onwards from June. Tarfidu is provided every Sunday regardless of holidays. From December, mornings and evenings are being conducted on an hourly basis. Digital education is given priority. Immediately after the completion of class 10th exams, online trainings are conducted for one hour in the morning for the students. Preparations are being made for admissions in TSRJC, TSWRJC, Polyset, Colleges. It is remarkable that this ritual has been going on for five years.
