“Salar” is the new project from pan India hero Prabhas. This biggest action drama directed by Prashant Neel has come to the audience today. And let's go to the review and find out how much the audience liked this movie!

Story:

Rajamannar (Jagapathi Babu) is unstoppable as the leader of Khansar city. However, Rajamannar decides to court Varada Rajamannar (Prithviraj Sukumaran), the son of his second wife. However, that decision is changing the course of the city of Khansar. Everyone around gathers strength and prepares for battle to become the leader of Khansar city. Amid some dramatic developments in this sequence, many attacks on Varada Rajamannar are taking place. Everyone tries to kill Varada Rajamannar. Varada calls his childhood best friend Deva (Prabhas) for help in such situations. What did Deva (Prabhas) do after that?, What kind of war did he fight for his friend?, How did the enemies get scared in this sequence?, Who is the real Deva?, What is his past?, Who is his father? That is the rest of the story.

Plus Points:

Salaar, which came with huge expectations, lived up to those expectations and impressed with its high voltage action drama and grand action visuals. Prabhas' action elevations in the movie will be liked by the fans. Similarly, the main emotions and twists of the story woven around the city of Khansar are also good. Prabhas portrayed the shades of Salar's character very well. The scenes between Prabhas and Shruti Haasan, as well as the flashback.. Prabhas's character in that flashback and the action sequences.. Each character and each track have been designed very well by the director Prashant Neel.

Especially the scenes between Prabhas and Prithviraj Sukumaran are also pleasing. Prithviraj Sukumaran gave life to his role. Prithviraj Sukumaran acted brilliantly in Rough and Mass Avatar. Prabhas – Prithviraj Sukumaran's on-screen friendship has also worked out well. Jagapathi Babu also acted very well in the powerful character. Shriya Reddy shined in her role. The elevation scenes of her character are very good.

Actress Ishwari Rao got a very good role. She also entertains as a mother. Bobby Simha, Madhu Guruswamy, Tinu Anand, Ramachandra Raju, Icon Satish acted very settled. Also, the rest of the cast also did full justice to their roles. Prashanth Neil's direction is impressive. Prashanth Neel's effects on the main characters in the story are also good. Especially the story line, action sequences and main emotions written by him are very good. Ravi Basrur's background score is also impressive.

Minus Points:

Despite the depth in the main setup of Salar's story, the main conflict between the main characters in the main plot needs to be well established. Also some incidents seem too cinematic. What did the hero do for his friend who was in difficult times? What kind of sacrifice did he make for friendship? That is the theme of this movie. But, it would have been better if that friendship had been established more effectively even after the characters grew up. Like 'KGF' and 'Ponniyan Selvan' movies, there are countless characters in this too.

Technical Department:

Technically, the work of the technical department in the film is very good. Ravi Basrur's music is a plus for the movie. Similarly, Bhuvan Goud's cinematography is the highlight of the film. The cameraman's work in some key scenes is very good. The production values followed by the producer Vijay Kirgandhur in the movie are very good. Director Prashant Neel impressed with his writing and direction. However, the film would have been on another level if the thrilling story had been written effectively.

Verdict:

Coming as a high voltage action and emotional entertainer, this 'Salar' was very impressive. Along with the grand action visuals, Prabhas's screen presence and the action and emotions in the main story are also very good. This movie is giving full kick to Prabhas fans. Otherwise, some of the action scenes feel regular. But, overall, this movie is entertaining the audience very well.
