West Ham United boss David Moyes is on the hunt for a new centre-forward in the January transfer window, and a striker from Wolves could be East London bound it seems.
David Moyes desperately needs to being a top-class centre-forward to West Ham before the January transfer window slams shut at the end of next month.
The Hammers boss currently has Jarrod Bowen, Mohammed Kudus and Lucas Paqueta forming a really dangerous front three, but we really do need more of a focal point for our attack, especially for tough away games.
And according to a report from Sport1West Ham could try to sign Wolves hitman Sasa Kalajdzic – a player who Moyes chased before he moved to Molineux.
It is claimed that the Hammers face competition from Fulham for the 26-year-old forward’s signature this winter.
Moyes is clearly after someone who can perform the target man duties for the club…

West Ham now want to sign Wolves centre-forward in January
German outlet Sport 1 are claiming that Kalajdzic is firmly on the Hammers’ radar ahead of the window opening next month.
MORE WEST HAM STORIES
I actually like the Wolves striker a lot – he is an exceptionally gifted player technically, and is obviously very good in the air given his height.
Wolves boss Gary O’Neill recently raved about the 6ft 7in Austrian, labelling him as a ‘smart striker’ and sharing how he is ‘very popular in the dressing room’ (Daily Mail).
However, the fact that he missed the majority of last season after suffering an ACL injury should be a big concern for Moyes, and it will undoubtedly serve as a real red flag.
He does possesses real quality though, so I guess the Hammers boss will just have to weigh up whether it’s worth taking a risk on him.
West Ham definitely need a new centre-forward in January, but whether Sasa Kalajdzic is the right man for the job is debatable.
