Collector Saurabh held a deadline meeting in the Collectorate meeting room today and took a detailed review of the progress of Pradhan Mantri Janman Yojana, Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra, revenue issues and main development works in the district with the departmental officers. He instructed all departmental officers to speed up the implementation of government schemes and do regular monitoring. On this occasion, CEO District Panchayat Vishwadeep, Municipal Corporation Commissioner Pratistha Mamgai, Divisional Forest Officer Katghora Kumar Nishant, Additional Collector Pradeep Sahu, Dinesh Nag, all SDMs, District CEO and other departmental officers were present.
Giving detailed information regarding the Pradhan Mantri Janman Yojana, Collector Saurabh Kumar said that the Pradhan Mantri Janman Yojana is being run to improve the social and economic condition of the special backward tribe community. Under this, in coordination with various departments, including drinking water, housing, roads, mobile medical units, construction of hostels, nutrition through Anganwadi centres, establishment of Van Dhan Kendra, availability of internet and mobile services and skill development for livelihood promotion in the settlements of such communities. A total of 11 important activities will be implemented. He said that under the scheme, more than 04 thousand people of 1200 families living in 74 settlements of the district will be benefited from various schemes as per their eligibility. He gave instructions to the concerned officials for effective and timely implementation of the scheme.
Taking information about the progress of various schemes being run for the socio-economic development of special backward tribal groups in the district under the scheme, the Collector talked about working in mission mode to provide the benefits of Pradhan Mantri Janman Yojana to all the identified PVTG communities of the district. For this, instructions were also given to make an effective action plan and conduct a survey and through camps, the deprived people of special backward tribes should be benefited from other schemes including Aadhaar Card, Ayushman Card, Ration Card, Jan Dhan Account, KCC, Forest Rights Certificate, Caste Certificate. . Also, on the basis of the data obtained after the survey, the officers were directed to work with full promptness to benefit the identified people. He talked about appointing nodal officer and constituting a committee at the district and block level for monitoring the scheme. Also asked to organize training and draft survey for better implementation of the scheme. The Collector said that the progress under Janman Yojana will also be entered in the online portal and will be reviewed on the basis of this.
In the meeting, the Collector, while reviewing the work done in development block wise Gram Panchayats under Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra, said that Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra is an important scheme of the Central Government. All officers should give it top priority and work specifically for the successful implementation of the scheme. He asked the officials to benefit the common people as much as possible from the Central Government's scheme through the Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra. Taking information about the latest status of resolution of revenue cases, Collector Saurabh Kumar gave instructions to pay special attention to the time limit in resolving disputed and undisputed demarcation, demarcation and other revenue cases and to resolve the pending cases as soon as possible. Giving information regarding Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra, District Panchayat CEO Vishwadeep said that Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra is being organized continuously in rural areas. Currently, programs are being organized in 10 gram panchayats in a day. Where through the camp, along with giving information about departmental schemes to the villagers, applications are also being taken from them.
