Brisbane International: A snake caused a commotion in the tennis court. A snake entered the court during the Brisbane International tournament on Saturday when Domnic Theim and James McCabe were battling. The players got a little worried when they noticed a snake slithering around near the electric wires in front of the spectator gallery.
With that, the chair umpire stopped the game and called the snake catcher. He tied the snake in a bag and took it away and the match went on as usual. But… there was a 40 minute interruption due to the snake coming into the court. This snake is known to be venomous.
