Rana Daggubati was approached for a main role in Megastar Chiranjeevi’s ongoing film helmed by Vassishta. The movie is a combination of fantasy, adventure, and thriller elements.
The film, currently known as #Mega156, is being shot at a studio in Hyderabad. It is reported that Kunal Kapoor, a Bollywood actor, will be taking part in the filming. The role was, in fact, to be played by Rana Daggubati.
However, Rana reportedly withdrew at the last moment upon receiving comprehensive information about the character portrayal. Rana felt that the role is similar to that he will be playing in another film.
Rana is presently engaged in the shooting of director Teja’s film “Rakshasa Raju”, where he assumes the role of the protagonist.
