The owner of an IT company in Chennai generously surprised 50 long-serving employees by gifting them their preferred brand-new cars. Murali, the owner of ‘Ideas 2 IT’ company, expressed his gratitude for their unwavering dedication since the company’s inception and saw this gesture as a way to acknowledge their commitment.
Murali and his wife established this company in 2009, and as part of a wealth-sharing initiative, he chose to reward his employees with cars.
He invited them to select their desired car models, which he then graciously presented to each of them. Notably, Murali extended a similar kind gesture to a few employees last year as well.
