The latest installment in the Ghostbusters Franchise, Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire was all set to release on 29 March. It is the sequel to Ghostbusters: Afterlife, which came out in 2021, thirty-two years after the last movie in the series.
Just like its predecessor, Frozen Empire, it consists of the cast from the original Ghostbusters movies from the 80s and the new additions for the third and fourth instalments.
The new release date is set for a week earlier than the original date which is 22 March.
This movie will be set in New York City, where it all started. We will get to the original and newer members of the Ghostbusters taking on a ghost named Death Chill. If they fail, the earth will be forced into a second Ice Age.
The cast includes Finn Wolfhand, Mckenna Grace, Celeste O’Connor, Paul Rudd, Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, Ernie Hudson, Annie Potts and William Atherton.
