Renault has unveiled an ambitious product launch plan for the Indian market, confirming the introduction of five new models over the next three years. This lineup includes the new-generation Triber and Kiger, a B-SUV, a C-SUV, and a localized electric car. While detailed specifications of the upcoming models are yet to be disclosed, it is anticipated that the two all-new SUVs will be the new Renault Dusterwith both 5-seater and 7-seater versions expected by 2025.
In addition to this exciting announcement, Renault has introduced updated versions of its popular models, including the Kwid hatchback, Kiger subcompact SUV, and Triber MPV. These refreshed models feature a host of new features and vibrant color schemes.

The 2024 Renault Kwid lineup, available in four trims – RXE, RXL (O), RXT, and Climber, is priced between Rs 4.69 lakh and Rs 6.12 lakh (ex-showroom). All variants now come equipped with a rear seat belt reminder as a standard feature. Starting from the RXL (O) trim, an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity is available. The new Renault Kwid Climber introduces a captivating new color range.
The standout feature of the new Kwid is its comprehensive safety suite, encompassing over 14 standard safety features. These include electronic stability program, traction control system, tyre pressure monitoring system, hill start assist, and rear seat belt reminder.

The model also offers an array of comfort and convenience features, such as a wireless charger, driver seat armrest, powerfold ORVM, PM 2.5 air filter, 7-inch TFT instrument cluster, 12V power source, LED cabin lamp, rear AC with 2nd and 3rd row vents, tilt-adjustable steering, and internally adjustable ORVM. The powertrain options remain unchanged, with the Kwid utilizing the same 0.8L and 1.0L, 3-cylinder petrol engines, available with both manual and AMT gearboxes.

Moving to the 2024 Renault Triber model lineup, which includes four manual variants – RXE, RXL, RXT, and RXZ, priced at Rs 5.99 lakh, Rs 6.80 lakh, Rs 7.60 lakh, and Rs 8.22 lakh, respectively. Two AMT variants, RXT and RXZ, are available at Rs 8.12 lakh and Rs 8.74 lakh.
The new Triber now offers over 15 safety features, including hill start assist, traction control system, electronic stability program, rear seat belt reminder, and tyre pressure monitoring system. New onboard tech includes a bezel-less autodim IRVM, welcome goodbye sequence with autofold ORVM, cruise control on the energy engine, and sporty red calipers.

For the 2024 Renault Kiger, two new variants have been introduced – RXL AMT and RXT (O) turbo X-tronic CVT. Standard features now include a rear seat belt reminder and LED cabin lamps, while powerfold ORVM, semi-leatherette seats, and auto AC are available on the RXT (O) and RXZ trims. Exclusive features such as a leatherette steering wheel cover, cruise control, and red calipers are offered on the RXZ trim. Similar to its counterparts, the new Kiger comes with an enhanced set of standard safety features.
