The Korean automaker, Hyundai has officially revealed the 2024 Creta facelift in the Indian market. The mid-sized SUV is scheduled to be launched in our market on January 16, 2024. Customers can book the 2024 Hyundai Creta facelift online or at authorised Hyundai dealership by paying a token amount of Rs 25,000. Compared to the outgoing model, the new Creta receive significant design changes and a heavily revised interior with several new features along with a new powertrain option. 2024 Hyundai Creta – Exterior Changes

The 2024 Hyundai Creta facelift has received significant design changes, especially in the front and rear. It has a more upright nose and more squarish front profile than the current Creta. The SUV has a new rectangular-shaped front grille and squared-out LED headlamps. There is a full width LED daytime running light placed above the grille, and has an inverted ‘L’ shaped signature. The SUV has an all-new bumper that accommodates wider air dam and a chunky skid plate.
The overall silhouette of the 2024 Creta looks largely identical to the outgoing model; however, it now has all-new alloy wheels. The rear also has all-new styling with front-like full width LED light bar that runs across the width. It comes with LED tail-lights, new bumper and an all-new tailgate. Unlike round-shaped profile of the older Creta, the new Hyundai Creta facelift has more rugged and boxy styling.
2024 Hyundai Creta Interior Changes

Like the exterior, the cabin of the new Hyundai Creta has received significant changes along with several new features. The new model appears more premium with a dual-screen setup for the 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system and a new digital driver’s display. Adding to it, the SUV’s cabin also has multi-colour ambient lighting that enhances the overall premium character.
In terms of features, the new Creta comes with a new 10.25-inch multi-display digital instrument cluster that exhibits ADAS alerts, driving statistics, blind-view monitor, and a highline tire pressure monitoring system. It also boast an 8-speaker Bose sound system, a first-in-HMI on-board music streaming option with the JioSaavan app, Bluelink connectivity, and a multi-language UI display.

The central AC vents have been repositioned, and its now has a slim horizontal band running across the dashboard to the driver’s side AC vent. The central HVAC control panel has physical buttons – two rotary dials and toggle switches.
In terms of features, the new Creta comes with dual-zone climate control, a panoramic sunroof, ventilated front seats and an 8-way powered driver’s seat. For safety and security, the SUV has six airbags as standard, 360 degree camera, a blind spot monitoring system, a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), all-wheel disc brakes and electronic stability control (ESC). The Creta facelift also comes with Level 2 ADAS (advanced driver assistance system) with features like auto high beam, adaptive cruise control, blind spot monitoring, lane assist, autonomous emergency braking and others.
Specifications – New Turbo Petrol Engine

The 2024 Hyundai Creta facelift is equipped with an all-new turbo petrol engine, which comes as a replacement for the 1.4L turbo petrol engine. It will have a new 1.5-litre 4-cylinder turbo petrol engine that also powers the Verna and the Seltos. This engine is capable of producing 160PS and a peak torque of 253Nm.
The other engine options include a 1.5L NA petrol and a 1.5L turbo diesel. While the former is good for 115PS and 144Nm of torque, the turbo diesel engine churns out 116PS and 250Nm of torque. Transmission choices include a 6-speed manual, iVT (Intelligent Variable Transmission), 7-speed DCT (Dual Clutch Transmission), and a 6-speed torque convertor automatic.
