Demand to ban sale of liquor and meat in Giridih tomorrow




Vishwa Hindu Parishad Bajrang Dal has demanded from the district administration to keep all the meat and liquor shops of the district closed on the day of Shri Ram Mandir Pran Pratistha ceremony. Regarding this, a delegation of VHP submitted a demand letter in the Deputy Commissioner's office.

In the demand letter submitted with signatures of VHP's district co-convenor Guddu Yadav, it has been said that after a long struggle of nearly 500 years, Ram temple is going to be consecrated in Ayodhya on Monday with great enthusiasm.

On this day, prayers and processions will be taken out in all the temples of the district. It has been said that in view of the consecration ceremony, all meat and liquor shops in the district should be kept closed on 22 January 2024. Anup Yadav, Guddu Yadav, Gautam Kumar, Ravindra Kumar, Jyoti Sah and Ashish Kumar were present in the delegation.
