Kala Pasha, also known as Kurchi Thata, gained fame through Mahesh Babu’s movie, Guntur Kaaram. Currently, he resorts to begging near Krishna Kant Park in Hyderabad. Recently, he stirred controversy when the police arrested him after a complaint by his long-time supporter and YouTuber, Vizag Satya.
In a surprising twist, Satya, who had been helping Kurchi Thata to make a living for years, recently disclosed unknown details about their association.
Satya accused Thata of betrayal, revealing how he facilitated Thata’s connection with music director Thaman, resulting in the incorporation of the viral dialogue, “Kurchi Madatha Petti,” into a song in the movie. The film’s team extended financial assistance of Rs. 20 thousand to Kurchi Thata.
Satya shared that Kurchi Thata initially earned well through YouTube interviews, but his demands escalated. Thata pressured Satya to arrange a meeting with Mahesh Babu, insisting on receiving a house or plot from the actor, citing the film’s success.
Baffled by these demands, Satya questioned the rationale behind Mahesh granting a house or plot, leading to a strained relationship. In retaliation, Kurchi Thata created negative videos, accusing Satya of being a cheater and thief.
Driven by frustration, Satya took decisive action and filed a police complaint, resulting in Kurchi Thata’s arrest.
