Every film of Sanjay Leela Bhansali is a hit with the audience. Bhansali is making his OTT debut on Netflix with the web series Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar. The recently released first look teaser offers a stunning visual treat in rich colors depicting the lives of tawaifs and prostitutes in pre-independence Lahore. The teaser, without any dialogue, oozes grandeur.

An ensemble cast including Manisha Koirala, Sonakshi Sinha, Aditi Rao Hydari, Richa Chadha, Sharmin Segal and Sanjeeda Shaikh promises a tale of love and betrayal. Netflix and Bhansali Productions are teaming up for this venture. The streaming platform will soon announce the premiere date of the series.
