But after the first film bombed, the new movie got shelved.
A Business Tycoon who is also into media business is the producer of the film. It was agreed that the hero, director, and producer will have three shares in the film.
By the time the movie got shelved, this Business Group incurred a big amount (rumored as 50 Crore) expense and that amount obviously will go in drain.
Even for their share, the director and his female business partner have to shell more than 16 Crore (if the 50 Crore number as true) out of the total loss.
Sources say the Business Group and the hero are already in an understanding and they sorted it out between themselves.
They now approached the Film Chamber to recover their money from the director and his partner who were not responding properly.
Dil Raju, Asian Suniel, and Damodar Prasad convened a meeting of both sides.
The Business Tycoon’s close-aide who worked as a former COO of a Top News Channel reportedly represented the Business Group.
But the director and his partner sent an auditor to represent.
But the Business Group strongly objected to talk to anyone who does not have signature authority and so the meeting did not progress. They insisted on having some decision-making authority in the meeting.
The next meeting is likely the coming week.
