If you’ve become an Xbox cloud gaming enthusiast through the Gaming Hub platform offered by Samsung smart TVs and monitors, you’ll soon have one more hardware option if you intend to graduate from cloud to local gaming. Microsoft is rumored to be working on a third Xbox Series variant.

The existing Xbox Series lineup consists of the all-digital Series S and the higher-end Series X. The latter offers more graphical power and an optical disk drive for physical games.

According to rumors, Microsoft is now working on an all-digital Xbox Series X version that may hit the market in the coming months. This version could have a white finish, offer more storage, a better heatsink, improved connectivity, and an upgraded Nexus card among other things.

All-digital Galaxy Xbox Series X price

A new rumor (via computer) says the all-digital Xbox Series X might be $50-$100 cheaper than the ongoing model with an optical drive. The current Xbox Series X costs $500.

However, an earlier leaked document (via MySmartPrice) suggests that the digital Xbox Series X, codename Brooklin, will offer lots of improvements and twice the storage (2TB) for the “same great price of $499.”

At the very least, this alleged all-digital Xbox Series X will supposedly offer better specs than the ongoing model and shouldn’t cost more than the ODD (optical disk drive) version.

Other changes and improvements mentioned by the earlier leaked document include Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, a 6nm chip instead of 7nm, 15% reduced PSU power, and a new cylindrical design.

This new all-digital Xbox Series X might go on sale this summer, either in June or July. But nothing is officially confirmed yet.
