Jagan changes third candidate in Mangalagiri

Mangalagiri-YSRCP

It looks like YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is struggling to find the right candidate against Nara Lokesh in Mangalagiri.

Jagan made the third change in the party incharge of Mangalagiri. He replaced the existing incharge Ganji Chiranjeevi with Lavanya, the daughter of Former MLA Kandru Kamala.

The official announcement will happen in a day or two.

Lavanya met Jagan today in the camp office along with her mother, former MLA RK, and others.

The present incharge Ganji Chiranjeevi is not present in the meeting. He was previously in TDP and was brought to YSR Congress promising Mangalagiri ticket. He is now replaced mercilessly.

Alla Rama Krishna Reddy won over Lokesh in the last election. He was replaced by Ganji Chiranjeevi and now, Priyanka replaces Chiranjeevi.

Kandru Kamala won on a Congress ticket in the 2009 elections over her nearest rival, the Praja Rajyam Candidate.

Priyanka belongs to the Weavers community and they are in the majority in the Mangalagiri population. Jagan is relying on caste equations to defeat Lokesh.

Changing so many candidates indicates Jagan is not sure of defeating Nara Lokesh.

TDP surveys say the former Minister is looking at a minimum of 25,000 votes majority in Mangalagiri.
