KCR’s BRS in Grim Situation!!

KCR BRS

The political landscape in Telangana is undergoing significant changes, especially for the ruling BRS (formerly TRS) party, which has been dominant in the state’s politics for the past two decades.

However, the 2023 general elections brought about a rude shock for BRS, with Chief Minister KCR also facing a defeat. The party, which used the anti-Andhra sentiment as a trump card, is now in a silent mode.

Facing Parliament elections within six months after the state elections is proving to be a challenging task for BRS. The party reportedly attempted to form an alliance with the BJP, but the BJP decided to go it alone. Now, BRS is said to be considering an alliance with the BSP, which has a nominal percentage of votes in the state.

The post-election scenario has BRS MLAs and MPs looking towards Congress, the party that won the Telangana Assembly elections.

Several leaders are reportedly preparing to switch allegiances. Some MLAs and MPs have already been seen with Congress scarves, while others are planning the timing of their move.

One BRS MLA, Kale Yadaiah, is reported to have met with Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, indicating his readiness to bid farewell to the party.

Additionally, BRS MPs are gradually moving towards the BJP. The overall trend suggests a significant shift of leaders from the BRS party to both the BJP and Congress.

This situation has raised concerns within BRS circles about the upcoming parliamentary elections.

The party is grappling with internal strife, with leaders exploring alternative options. Some ministers have openly stated that BRS seats will be vacant, indicating a growing dissatisfaction within the party.

The political landscape in Telangana is witnessing dynamic changes, and the outcome of the parliamentary elections remains uncertain.

KCR is not even in a position to say that this is unfair and undemocratic. Because KCR encouraged to wiped out TDP and Congress in the Assembly when he was CM.

BRS is facing very pathetic and grim situation since it’s inception. As political strategist Prasanth Kishore mentioned the conditiona are seen in BRS, the party is strugguling for existence after Parliament elections in Telangana.
