Kareena Kapoor, a Bollywood actress who dominated the film industry as a leading lady for many years, is set to enter the South Indian film industry. A couple of months ago, there was speculation that she had been cast as one of the female leads in Kannada superstar Yash’s pan-Indian blockbuster Toxic.
However, Kareena Kapoor dismissed speculation that she would announce herself if any project was confirmed, and she asked the media and social media to refrain from spreading unverified reports. Everyone remained quiet after she made her statement.
She has now hinted at signing a big South film. During a fan interaction, she expressed her excitement, teasing them about her debut in a “very big South film.”
So now fans are speculating that she will join the cast of “Toxic.” The film, directed by Geethu Mohandas, will soon begin its regular shoot.
On the other hand, her husband, Saif Ali Khan, plays the main villain in the Telugu film Devara, which stars NTR.
