Priyamani suddenly became crazed. It can be said that her demand has increased especially in Bollywood than in South.
She is not being taken as a heroine in South but is being taken for important lead roles. She has recently done ‘Custody’, ‘Virataparvam’ and ‘Bhama Kalapam’ (web series) in Telugu.
In Hindi, Priyamani is getting big films and big successes. Last year she starred in Shahrukh Khan’s “Jawaan” and this year she got good success with “Article 370”. And soon she will be playing the hero’s wife in “Maidan” starring Ajay Devgan. That means opposite Ajay Devgan. She says that it is a good development that opportunities are suddenly increasing for southern heroines like her in Bollywood.
“We are no less than Bollywood heroines. I may not have good color but I can say that Bollywood ladies should not be beaten in terms of acting and beauty. That is why we now have increased opportunities in Bollywood. However, everyone should get used to seeing Indian talent instead of South and North.
