The Korean automaker Kia has introduced two new automatic variants of the highly popular Seltos SUV. The new variants are affordable, making the automatic Seltos a lot more accessible than before. The 2024 Kia Seltos line-up now boasts 26 trims with the introduction of two new variants – Petrol G1.5 HTK+ IVT and Diesel 1.5L CRDi VGT HTK+ 6AT. While the former is priced at Rs 15.40 lakh, the diesel AT costs Rs 16.90 lakh. Adding to it, Kia has also updated the other trims with new features.
The new Kia Seltos HTK+ trim also comes with new premium features such as Dual Pane Panoramic Sunroof, Drive and Traction control modes, Paddle Shifters and Star Map LED-connected tail lamps among others. Additionally, the HTK variant of Kia Seltos sees improvements including Star Map LED DRLs, Smart Key with push button start/stop and remote engine start/stop, and Star Map LED-connected Tail Lamps.
The top Seltos variants – starting from HTX onwards – are now equipped with the ‘All Doors Power Window Auto Up/Down with safety along with Voice Command’. The entry-level HTE trim is now available with 5 more body colours – Aurora Black Pearl, Gravity Grey, Intense Red, Pewter Olive, and Imperial Blue to the trim.
The Kia Seltos is available in 3 engine options – a 1.5L NA petrol, a 1.5L turbo diesel and a 1.5L turbo petrol. It is offered in 3 trim levels – Tech-Line, GT Line and the X-Line. The SUV is priced in the range of Rs 10.90 lakh to Rs 20.35 lakh (ex-showroom).
