The website that tracks web outages, Downdetector confirmed the same. Meta’s social media platforms Facebook and Instagram are working fine.

Meanwhile, people who wanted to check if WhatsApp is really down, are heading to Twitter only to find WhatsApp is down and a ton of memes flooded already.
