Kalki 2898 AD is a huge sci-fi genre movie directed by Naga Ashwin with Pan Indian star Prabhas as the hero and Deepika Padukone as the heroine. This movie is being produced by Ashwini Dutt under the banner of Vyjayanthi Movies at a huge cost and Santhosh Narayanan is composing the music. Actually, the makers recently announced that this movie will be released on May 9. However, due to the delay in the VFX work related to the movie, the release is likely to be postponed for a few years.
And according to the latest Tollywood Crazy Buzz, the release date of Kalki 2898 AD movie is almost fixed. It seems that the makers have already communicated the release date of the movie to the distributors, and it seems that this movie is likely to be released on Thursday, May 30. An official announcement on this is yet to come. With the USA premieres on Wednesday, May 29, the makers are said to be planning to grab plenty of PLF screens as there are no notable releases at the same time. It seems that we have to wait until the Vyjayanthi movie team responds on this.
