NEW DELHI: Purple Cap holder of this Indian Premier League (IPL) season, pace spearhead jasprit bumrah has given nightmares to opposition batters, tormenting them left right and centre with his toe-crushers and lethal bouncers.
With 13 wickets in 7 matches, Bumrah has been in prolific touch and has looked absolutely unplayable.
But on Saturday, the ace Mumbai Indians pacer was seen in a different avatar as he turned leg-spinner during a net session and had a go at one of T20 cricket’s biggest hitters Kieron Pollard.
And despite bowling spin, Bumrah still managed to floor Pollard, convincingly deceiving the MI batting coach.
