The West Indies A team is currently in Nepal for a 5-match T20I series. But when the team reached Kirtipur in Nepal on Thursday, there was no one to pick up the team’s luggage and cricket kit. Windies A team will play 5 T20 matches at Tribhuvan International Cricket Ground, Kirtipur from 27th April. At the Kathmandu airport, the Windies players packed their luggage in a tempo known as ‘Chota Hatti’. This T20 series with Nepal is a part of the West Indies team’s preparations for the T20 World Cup. Windies will get a chance to play as hosts in this World Cup. Otherwise, the team could not qualify for the ODI World Cup. Group C for the World Cup includes West Indies along with Afghanistan, Papua New Guinea, Uganda and New Zealand.
