The West Indies A team is currently in Nepal for a 5-match T20I series. But when the team reached Kirtipur in Nepal on Thursday, there was no one to pick up the team’s luggage and cricket kit. Windies A team will play 5 T20 matches at Tribhuvan International Cricket Ground, Kirtipur from 27th April. At the Kathmandu airport, the Windies players packed their luggage in a tempo known as ‘Chota Hatti’. This T20 series with Nepal is a part of the West Indies team’s preparations for the T20 World Cup. Windies will get a chance to play as hosts in this World Cup. Otherwise, the team could not qualify for the ODI World Cup. Group C for the World Cup includes West Indies along with Afghanistan, Papua New Guinea, Uganda and New Zealand. On the other hand, Nepal team is in Group D along with South Africa, Sri Lanka, Netherlands and Bangladesh. Recently, in the Asian Games, the team of Nepal recorded the highest score in the history of the T20 tournament. In the group-wise series against Mongolia, he had made a mountain of 314 runs for 3.
