Kamal Haasan and Shankar’s Indian 2 is one of the most awaited films of the year. The first part was a sensational blockbuster, and it holds a cult status among the audience. The second part was stuck in production hell for a long time, but things picked up pace with Udhayanidhi Stalin taking control of the project.
The latest buzz in Kollywood film circles suggests that Indian 2 will not be released in June 2024 as initially planned. The makers of this vigilante action drama are said to be considering July 11 as the release date. The official confirmation is expected to come out soon.
Kajal Aggarwal is the female lead. SJ Suryah, Rakul Preet Singh, Siddharth, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Bobby Simha, and Samuthirakani played vital roles. Lyca Productions, in association with Red Giant Films, backed this biggie. Anirudh composed the tunes.
