The Polling in Andhra Pradesh is less than ten days away. The Opposition gained momentum in the election after the release of Manifestos.
Chandrababu Naidu and Pawan Kalyan rightly took up the Land Titling Act. While TDP+ is setting the narrative, Jagan Mohan Reddy is struggling.
If this mood goes on until the elections, TDP+ will have the upper hand.
At this juncture, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be touring Andhra Pradesh.
He will campaign in Andhra Pradesh on May 6th and 8th.
But then, this news is worrying TDP and Janasena cadres.
Modi addressed a Pressmeet in Palnadu last month. Modi carefully worded his speech without saying anything negative about Jagan and not giving any assurance to Andhra Pradesh which is troubled by the state division.
If Modi comes and speaks in the same way, it will be a new fodder for the YSR Congress and the Blue Media.
It will derail the narrative set by TDP and Janasena, Modi’s speeches will occupy the media space.
So, TDP and Janasena cadres feel that Modi’s Andhra Pradesh Tour will serve no purpose.
The best favor the BJP high command can do for the alliance is to change the DGP and CS which will ensure the YSR Congress does not misuse the official machinery for last-minute electioneering.
