Both Telugu states had been under extreme political heat until a week ago, and all movie releases came to a halt as the public’s attention was entirely on politics.
Actor Satyadev’s latest release, “Krishnamma,” was released in theaters last Friday, on May 10th, and, as expected, it did not get much attention due to the political heat.
Now, exactly after 7 days, “Krishnamma” has landed on the OTT platform Amazon Prime Video.
Though the movie didn’t perform well in theaters, the reviews weren’t disastrous either. It received average reviews, calling it a routine revenge drama.
It looks like Prime wanted to take advantage by streaming it within a week. Let’s hope the movie will find some appreciation on OTT, at least, as very few watched it in theaters.
