Power Star Pawan Kalyan recently contested as an MLA candidate from the Pithapuram constituency in the Andhra Pradesh general elections. Many believe the actor will emerge victorious, with the results set to be revealed on June 4, 2024.
Meanwhile, Pawan Kalyan has three movies in his pipeline, one of which is They Call Him OG (simply OG). The movie’s shooting was progressing quickly until the star got busy with election campaigning. The latest buzz in the industry is that Pawan Kalyan will resume shooting for OG at the end of June 2024. However, there is no official confirmation from the team yet.
OG is the third directorial venture of young filmmaker Sujeeth. The movie features Priyanka Arul Mohan as the female lead, with Emraan Hashmi, Sriya Reddy, Prakash Raj, Arjun Das, and Harish Uthaman in pivotal roles. DVV Danayya is the producer for this Thaman musical, which is set to release on September 27, 2024.
