Tata Curvv Interior Revealed; Shares Features With Nexon, Harrier

The latest spy images of the forthcoming Tata Curvv coupe SUV reveal its cabin layout and features. It has a four-spoke steering wheel with an illuminated Tata logo in the centre, similar to the Harrier and Safari. The floating touchscreen infotainment system and central AC vents seem borrowed from its elder siblings. However, the automatic gear shifters, drive mode selector, and dashboard design appear similar to the Nexon. The coupe SUV features a dual-tone black and beige interior theme. Feature details of the Curvv are still under wraps. However, it’s likely to come with a 10.25-inch digital driver’s display, ventilated front seats, and a 360-degree camera with blind spot monitoring. The lower variants could get a single-pane sunroof, while the panoramic unit might be reserved for the higher trims. Its safety kit might include six airbags, ABS with EBD, front and rear parking sensors, and electronic stability control. The Tata Curvv is expected to offer an ADAS (advanced driver assistance system) suite providing access to safety features such as adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist, autonomous braking, and more.

Tata Curvv features

The Tata Curvv EV, which will be the first to launch, is likely to offer a range of up to 500km. Its official specifications are yet to be revealed. After the Punch.ev, it will be the brand’s second offering to underpin Tata’s Gen 2 Acti.ev platform. The Curvv’s ICE version will come six months after its electric iteration, in early 2025. Its petrol version will debut Tata’s all-new 1.2L turbo petrol engine delivering 125PS and 260Nm of torque.

The SUV’s diesel model will share its powertrain with the Nexon (115PS/260Nm, 1.5L unit). The model lineup will also be available with a CNG fuel option. When it comes to transmission options, the Curvv petrol might get 6-speed manual and 7-speed DCT automatic gearboxes, while the diesel version could get a 6-speed manual transmission only.
