Jos Buttler says he prefers playing for country not IPL Buttler, who is also England’s captain, said that it was the right decision for England to recall their players with the final phase of the IPL remaining.
“As an England captain, my top priority is to play for England,” Buttler told reporters.
“IPL’s fixture should not collide with an international cricket series. The fixture should be prepared as well. That is my personal opinion. These matches go back a long time. Of course, with a World Cup around the corner, the country is your number one priority. The aim now is to play for England and do well for England.”
He added.
