Meghalaya Board 10th, 12th Arts Result 2024: The Meghalaya Board of School Education (MBOSE) will release the Class 10 and 12 (Arts stream) results on May 24.  Students who appeared for the board exams can check the scorecards at the official website — maybe.in or megresults.nic.in.

To check individual scores through official websites — maybe.in or megresults.nic.in — candidates have to click on the link that reads as the MBOSE Examination SSLC and HSSLC Results 2024, enter the required credentials such as roll number and press on the submit button.

Once candidates receive their marksheet, they are requested to carefully check their details such as student name, school name, school code, date of birth, marks obtained in each subject, and cumulative score along with grades. Students should report to the designated office if any error is found.

Last year, for the SSLC exam 2023 a total number of 51,280 students appeared in the MBOSE exam out of which 26,629 passed the exam scoring an overall passing percentage of 51.93. In previous years board exam, boys were able to outperform girls (in the general category) by achieving  70.39 pass per cent, as compared to 68.86 per cent received by girls.

Following its trends, the results for the HSSLC Arts stream were declared on May 262023, after the declaration of  science, commerce and vocational stream results.

Candidates are advised to visit their respective schools a few days after the result 2024 declaration, to collect their original class 10 mark sheets.  In the 2023 board exams, Samridhya Das of Sherwood School, Tura received the rank 1 by securing 572 marks out of 600.

Last year, the SSLC exam was conducted from March 3 till March 17, 2023 scheduled from 10 am to 1 pm, and the results were declared on  declared on May 26, 2024.

Last year, as per the data released on the official website, girls of class 12 performed better than boys, where regular category girls got a pass percentage of 88.40 per cent and boys secured 81.55 per cent pass percentage. The female student under non-regular category  received 39.09 passing percentage and the boys under the same category stood at 31.67 per cent.

In the 2023 HSSLC Arts exama  total of 25,898 students applied for the exams out of which 25,437 appeared and  20,425 students were able to pass the exam, whereas the best performing district was Eastern West Khasi Hills with 91.64 per cent pass percentage and the least performing district was South Garo Hills with 49.23 per cent pass percentage.
