Hyderabad: After a historic comeback, the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) has disappointed the fans once again, as the Rajasthan Royals put an end to their winning streak and eliminated them from the tournament.
Losing 7 of the first eight matches, the RCB made a comeback that is arguably the best in history. Their journey had been applauded and appreciated by experts and fans alike.
However, former CSK player, Ambati Rayudu had created shackles among the RCB fans after he put out a tweet pointing fingers at the team’s management.
In his tweet on Friday, Rayudu urged RCB fans to “Force their (RCB’s) management to bring players who play for the team rather than for personal milestones.”
The player wrote on X, My heart truly goes out to all the rcb supporters who have passionately supported the team over the years. If only the management and the leaders had the team’s interests ahead of individual milestones .. rcb would have won multiple titles. Just remember how many fantastic players have been let go off. Force your management to bring players who will put teams interests first. A great new chapter can start from the mega auction.”
This has caused a huge stir among the fans and a fan war has erupted on social media.
