If the price of diesel and petrol increases, it will gradually affect all the daily consumption items. As petrol and diesel are required for transportation of goods, the price of all goods will skyrocket. So every day everyone keeps an eye on the petrol diesel price. There has been a break in the price hike of petrol and diesel in major cities of the country for a few months. However, in many cities the prices are increasing and decreasing. Further, if the price of crude oil is going up, there is a concern that the price of fuel will become more expensive in all parts of the country. Petrol and diesel prices vary between 1st and 16th of every month. However, as per the new scheme implemented after June 2017, petrol diesel prices will change at 6 am every day.
